All apartments have fully equipped kitchen, shared bathrooms and a balcony with a beautiful few to the Pyramid of Sun. If you book an apartment only for you have your private bathroom of course.

All apartments are located in the center of Visoko. This is giving us the great possibility to be right in the center of everything. We can walk to a lot of destinations and get even more intense impressions of all the places and surroundings. Little sores, a supermarket, a weekly farmers market and  restaurants are in walking distance.

4.  The balance is due in full 44 days before start of retreat

If you sign in later 44 days before retreat strats the you pay the whole amount at registration.

  • Your journey to Visoko and back home by plane
    (Sarajevo airport) car or bus
  • Transfer from and to the Airport
    (organized by us, about 30,- €/person, one way)
  • All lunches and dinners NOT mentioned in “what’s included”
  • Any alcoholic drinks
    (expect some extra ‘special spirits’ for free after the lunch
    on the Pyramid of Moon 🙂
  • Any extra ground transportations that are not included
    in the trip programme (taxi, etc…)
  • Any souvenir shopping like crystals, stones, textiles etc..
  • Health and accident insurance (which is obligatory)
    and a trip cancellation insurance
  • Tips to our guides, drivers or room maids, etc…
    (you will be given some recommendations)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Waiver: With my registration I agree to release Esoteric Trips (Siona Levstik/Leon Levstik) from all responsibility and liability for unforeseen circumstances and/or changes in the schedule due to weather or circumstances in Visoko/Bosnia-Herzegovina or home city, personal, physical or mental illness, or any unforeseen events occurring during tour dates. I understand and agree to the registration and payment policies and understand and agree to all the above information. If a dispute occurs procedures will be held under the jurisdiction of the Visoko/BiH court. I agree that it is my responsibility to pay for any extra hotel nights, meals not specified, any roaming cell phone charges, gratuities/tips, extra hotel charges to room etc. I agree that it is my responsibility to purchase out of country medical insurance coverage and if I need to visit the E.R. that there may be an admin charge from the hospital. I agree to release Esoteric Trips (Siona Levstik/Leon Levstik) from all responsibilitiy for accident or sickness or loss of personal belongings and all following concequences in any case. It is my responsibility to make sure my luggage is handed to our bus driver or any other ground transportation like shuttle or taxi and no larger than a common suitcase size. I agree that it is my responsibility to purchase travel medical and cancellation insurance.

I understand, that a withdraw from this contract is ONLY possible until 44 days before the start of the retreat in written form per e-mail. I also understand that a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount will be retained. I understand if withdraw from this cotract is made later then 44 days before the start of the retreat, it is considered as NO SHOW and whole amount will retained.
